Kohl’s is hiring an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising, develop associates, maintain inventory and visual merchandising standards, execute pricing and loss-prevention activities, and drive sales and profitability. The role requires team supervision, coaching, communication, decision-making, and flexible availability, with a preferred retail management background and a college degree or equivalent education and experience. The pay range is $73,200 to $117,100, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
