Description
Kohl’s is hiring an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising, develop associates, maintain inventory and visual merchandising standards, manage pricing and loss-prevention activities, and drive sales and profitability. The role requires team supervision, strong communication and decision-making skills, flexible availability, and either retail managerial experience or a college degree plus two years of retail or similar experience. The pay range is $72,500 to $117,100, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
