Description
The Assistant Store Manager will keep the bakery in Ghent running smoothly, meet revenue and scheduling targets, coach employees and students, allocate tasks, schedule shifts, resolve internal issues, and communicate with the regional manager when the manager is absent. The role requires secondary education, preferably assistant experience, fluent Dutch, commercial and organizational skills, and availability for morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and a five-day workweek. It is a part-time 30-hour-per-week position with a permanent contract after a successful interim period, plus a market-rate salary, meal vouchers, and a weekend premium.
