Description
The Assistant Store Manager will keep the bakery in Ghent running smoothly, meet revenue and planning targets, coach employees and students, allocate tasks, schedule shifts, resolve internal issues, and communicate with the regional manager when the manager is absent. The role requires secondary education, preferably assistant experience, fluent Dutch, commercial and organizational skills, and flexibility for morning and afternoon shifts and weekends. It is a part-time 38-hour-per-week position with a permanent contract after a successful interim period, plus meal vouchers and a weekend premium.
