Konvert is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its retail chain in the Sint-Denijs-Westrem area. The role supports the store manager by sharing operational management responsibilities, coaching and motivating a team of 10 or more employees, monitoring sales and customer results, making daily adjustments, and assuming ultimate responsibility when the store manager is absent.
