Leevers Supermarkets is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to share responsibility with the Store Manager for operating a retail grocery store, maximizing sales and profits, maintaining store conditions and merchandising, managing inventory and expenses, ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance, and leading the hiring, training, coaching, and development of store associates. The role may operate the store in the manager’s absence and requires customer service, safety, sanitation, cash handling, loss prevention, and administrative capabilities.
