Lucchese is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager in Denver, Colorado, to partner with the Store Manager on sales performance, luxury retail operations, team coaching, customer experience, inventory accuracy, compliance, and operational execution. The role includes Leader on Duty coverage, performance accountability, labor planning, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and support for hiring and talent development. Candidates need 2–4 years of progressive retail leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong retail, coaching, POS, and Microsoft Office skills; a bachelor's degree and luxury or specialty retail experience are preferred. The position offers a base salary of $48,620–$57,200 per year plus tiered commission, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
