naturéO is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for its store in Metz on a permanent, 39-hour-per-week contract. The role is hands-on and on-the-floor 95% of the time, combining people management, sales forecasting, ordering, inventory control, product availability, promotional activities, customer service, store cleanliness, and team coordination. Candidates need a two-year post-secondary qualification in sales, commerce, management, or business administration and at least three years of experience in food retail, preferably in a specialist organic store or large-scale retail. The schedule is Monday to Saturday on a rotating basis, with at least one day per week opening and closing the store.
