Nike is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead retail operations across front-of-house, back-of-house, and visual merchandising areas. The role includes setting sales targets, coaching and developing team members, managing stock and product flow, and delivering premium customer service. Candidates need 2–3 years of comparable retail leadership experience, fluency in Dutch and English at B2 level, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid work permit if they are not EU nationals.
