Description
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in leading and coaching a retail team, managing store operations, customer service, sales, inventory, POS, merchandising, staffing, scheduling, employee relations, and store events. The role requires at least two years of retail experience and one year of management experience, with flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays. Compensation is $70,000–$75,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
