Assistant Store Manager role at O’Reilly Auto Parts supporting store sales, customer service, operations, merchandising, returns, staffing, hiring, scheduling, training, and opening/closing duties. The role manages the store in the Store Manager’s absence, ensures customer service standards and policy compliance, processes transfers and special orders, and helps maintain the building, parking lot, signage, equipment, and delivery vehicles.
