Description
The Retail Store Manager leads store operations, sales, service, merchandising, and team development at a Tommy Bahama retail location. The role partners with the Store Manager, coaches retail team members, analyzes reports, adjusts merchandising and presentation, and supports the business through varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicants need at least three years of retail experience, two years of team-supervision experience, merchandising and retail visual experience, coaching experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a college degree in business or a related field.
