The role supports store leadership by delivering customer service, overseeing daily operations in the manager’s absence, ensuring compliance, handling cash and transactions, analyzing financial trends, supporting staffing and training, and maintaining store standards. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer engagement skills, flexible availability, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
