The role supports store operations, customer service, compliance, cash handling, scheduling, audits, and team leadership, while helping drive sales and community marketing. Candidates need at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer engagement skills, flexible availability, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
