Primark is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and manage the daily operations of a retail store. The role includes deputizing when required, maximizing sales, maintaining store standards, motivating the team, managing inventory, moving product, ordering merchandise, and supporting resourcing planning and scheduling. Candidates need at least four years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, strong leadership and commercial skills, customer-service experience, and English communication ability. The pay range is $79,040 to $107,120.
