Primark is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and manage the daily operations of a retail store. The role includes deputizing when required, maximizing sales, maintaining store standards, motivating the team, managing inventory, moving product, ordering merchandise, and supporting resourcing planning and scheduling. Candidates need four years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, strong leadership and commercial skills, customer-service and safety experience, and the ability to communicate and work in English. The pay range is $75,400 to $101,920.
