The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales performance, and developing the store team. Responsibilities include coaching staff, providing feedback, supporting VM guides, conducting store walks, and serving as the manager on duty when the Store Manager is on RDO or annual leave.
