Description
The Assistant Store Manager manages and supervises retail store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, including scheduling, payroll administration, associate development, customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, safety, inventory, and expense control. The role requires at least two years of store or assistant store manager experience in retail, the ability to supervise and communicate with associates, English fluency, availability for evenings and weekends, and the ability to perform physically demanding store work. The base pay range is $19.42 to $25.78, with additional benefits including health insurance for full-time associates.
