Description
The Assistant Store Manager manages and supervises retail store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, including scheduling, payroll administration, associate development, customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, safety, inventory, and expense control. The role requires at least two years of store or assistant store manager experience in retail, the ability to supervise and motivate associates, strong communication and prioritization skills, English fluency, and availability for evenings and weekends. The base pay range is $20.00 to $30.45.
