Description
The Assistant Store Manager manages and supervises retail store operations, including associate scheduling, payroll administration, customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, safety, inventory, and expense control. The role leads the store in the absence of the Store Manager, supervises non-exempt Associates, and supports recruiting, training, and development. It requires at least two years of retail store or Assistant Store Manager experience, English fluency, availability for evenings and weekends, and the ability to perform physically demanding store work. The base salary range is $70,310 to $102,578.
