Description
The Assistant Store Manager manages and supervises retail store operations, including associate scheduling, payroll administration, customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, safety, inventory, and expense control. The role directly supervises non-exempt associates, supports recruiting and training, and leads the store in the absence of the Store Manager. It requires at least two years of store or assistant store manager experience in retail, English fluency, availability for evenings and weekends, and the ability to perform physically demanding store work. Base pay is $20.40–$27.68.
