Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager and leads the store in the Store Manager’s absence. The role supervises non-exempt retail associates, manages scheduling and payroll administration, monitors expenses and store performance, oversees customer service and merchandise presentation, supports recruiting and training, and leads loss prevention and inventory activities. The position requires at least two years of store or assistant store manager experience in retail, English fluency, availability for evenings and weekends, and the ability to perform physically demanding store work. The base pay range is $20.40 to $26.42.
