Ross Stores is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for the Pearl City, Hawaii location. The role is responsible for supervising assigned store areas, supporting all store operations, leading the store in the Store Manager’s absence, and ensuring compliance with company standards, safety, customer service, merchandising, payroll, loss prevention, and staff development. It requires at least two years of retail Store or Assistant Store Manager experience, strong leadership and communication skills, evening/weekend availability, and the ability to perform physical retail duties. The position is full-time and pays $23.20 to $36.26 per hour.
