Description
Ross is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to supervise store operations, associates, merchandising, customer service, payroll, safety, loss prevention, inventory, and expense control. The role leads the store in the Store Manager’s absence, recruits and develops non-exempt associates, ensures compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and maintains a safe, clean, well-presented retail environment. Candidates need at least two years of store or assistant store manager experience in retail, leadership and communication skills, English fluency, schedule flexibility for evenings and weekends, basic retail math ability, and the physical ability to work extensively on their feet and handle store equipment and merchandise.
