Ross Stores is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Lady Lake, Florida location. The role is responsible for supervising assigned store areas, learning all phases of store operations, and leading the store in the Store Manager’s absence to ensure company standards and best practices are met. Core duties include scheduling, payroll administration, associate development, expense control, customer service, merchandising, safety, and loss prevention. The position requires at least two years of store or assistant store manager experience in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, English fluency, and availability for evenings and weekends.
