Description
The Assistant Store Manager leads the entire operation of the Store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring consistent meeting of Company standards and best practices. This role involves maximizing productivity, analyzing store reports, managing expenses, ensuring compliance with regulations, handling payroll, assisting with recruitment and development, and fostering a positive customer service environment. The Assistant Store Manager also oversees merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and maintains a safe and secure store.
