Ross Stores is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for the Winward Mall store in Kaneohe, Hawaii. The role is responsible for supervising store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, managing associates, controlling payroll and expenses, maintaining safety and loss prevention, supporting customer service and merchandising, and assisting with recruiting, hiring, training, and development of non-exempt associates. The position is full-time, based on-site, and requires at least two years of retail store or assistant store manager experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
