Ross Stores is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its High Point, North Carolina location. The role is responsible for supervising store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, supporting customer service, merchandising, payroll administration, scheduling, safety, loss prevention, associate training, and expense control. Candidates need at least two years of store or assistant store manager experience in a retail environment, strong leadership and communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. The position is a regular full-time role with in-store, physically active responsibilities.
