Ross Stores is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Central Memphis, Tennessee store. The role is responsible for supervising store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, managing staffing, payroll, expense control, customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, and safety, while directly supervising non-exempt associates. The position requires at least two years of store or assistant store manager experience in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, fluency in English, and availability to work evenings and weekends.
