Ross Stores is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its North Lakeland, Florida location. The role is responsible for supporting and, in the Store Manager’s absence, leading all store operations, including supervising associates, ensuring customer service and merchandising standards, managing scheduling and payroll administration, monitoring expenses, maintaining safety and loss prevention practices, and assisting with recruiting, training, and development of non-exempt associates. The position requires at least two years of store or assistant store manager experience in a retail environment, strong communication and multitasking skills, fluency in English, and availability to work evenings and weekends.
