Ross Stores is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Mililani, Hawaii location. The role is responsible for overseeing store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, supervising non-exempt associates, managing scheduling, payroll administration, merchandising, customer service, safety, loss prevention, and expense control. The position requires at least two years of store or assistant store manager experience in a retail environment, strong leadership and communication skills, English fluency, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
