Ross Stores is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Rogers, Arkansas location. The role is responsible for supervising assigned store areas, learning all store operations, and leading the store in the Store Manager’s absence. Key duties include managing scheduling and payroll administration, supporting recruiting and training, controlling expenses, maintaining safety and loss prevention standards, delivering strong customer service, overseeing merchandise processing and presentation, and supervising non-exempt associates. The position requires at least two years of store or assistant store manager experience in retail, English fluency, weekend/evening availability, and physical ability to perform active retail floor work. The job is a regular full-time role.
