Ross Stores is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Cotton Mill II Shopping Center location in Washington, Utah. The role is responsible for supervising assigned store areas, learning all phases of store operations, and leading the store in the Store Manager’s absence while ensuring company standards, customer service, safety, merchandising, payroll administration, expense control, loss prevention, and associate development are maintained. The position is regular full-time and requires retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, English fluency, and availability for evenings and weekends.
