The role is responsible for supervising assigned store areas, learning all phases of store operations, and leading the store in the Store Manager’s absence while ensuring company standards, customer service, merchandising, safety, payroll, loss prevention, and associate development practices are followed. The position requires retail management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, English fluency, and availability for evenings and weekends.
