Assistant Store Manager at Serv-U-Success

Serv-U-Success is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead assigned shifts and serve as Manager on Duty, coach and train team members, monitor projects, build customer and leadership relationships, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. The role requires planogram experience, offers a full-time night shift from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. with weekday and weekend availability, pays $18.00–$22.00 per hour plus an overnight shift premium, and includes training at other Columbus-area locations.
