Assistant Store Manager at Serv-U-Success

Serv-U-Success is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager for a night shift from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., with weekday and weekend availability. The role supports daily store operations, merchandising, product resets, remodels, and special projects; leads assigned shifts and serves as Manager on Duty; coaches and trains team members; monitors project progress; builds relationships with customers and store leadership; promotes safety; and uses company technology and reporting systems. The position pays $18.00 per hour, up to $21.00 per hour based on experience, plus an additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
