Description
Spectrum is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support and motivate retail sales teams, drive sales and customer retention, recruit and train employees, manage daily store operations, maintain inventory and compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment; management experience and telecommunications or wireless experience are preferred. The position requires U.S. lawful work authorization without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
