Spectrum is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support and lead retail store teams, drive sales and customer retention, recruit and train employees, manage daily operations and staffing, maintain customer experience, and oversee inventory and compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment; management experience and telecommunications or wireless experience are preferred. The position offers a base pay range of $18.90 to $33.60 and a commission earnings target starting at $11,000.
