Description
Spectrum is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support and lead a retail sales team, coach employees, drive sales and customer retention, manage staffing and daily store operations, maintain inventory and compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment; management experience and telecommunications or wireless experience are preferred. The position requires U.S. lawful work authorization without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
