The role includes increasing rental sales, upselling, facility maintenance, customer service, cash handling, reporting, deposits, and adherence to company standards. The position requires at least two years of customer service experience and one year of customer-centered sales and collections experience, along with computer, POS, driver's license, and transportation qualifications.
