Store Space Self Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead operations at its Columbus and Hilliard self-storage facilities. The role includes increasing rental sales, upselling, facility maintenance, customer service, cash handling, reporting, deposits, and adherence to company standards. It requires travel between the two locations, weekend shifts, and availability for extended periods on foot, sitting, or standing. The position pays $16.00–$17.00 per hour and requires at least two years of customer service experience, one year of customer-centered sales and collections experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to operate POS and office equipment.
