Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets, developing and coaching the store team, establishing objectives, maintaining customer service and visual merchandising standards, coordinating with store support and Human Resources, and improving store operations. The role requires prior management, sales, hospitality, or service experience, strong customer service and leadership skills, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is a full-time contract salary of $21–$30 plus a bonus structure, along with training, clothing allowances, employee discounts, and travel opportunities.
