The role supports the Store Manager in delivering customer experience, implementing retail processes, monitoring sales, coordinating with employees and partners, and executing marketing and local direct-marketing activities. Candidates should have commercial training, several years of retail experience, initial staff leadership and administration knowledge, running industry awareness, strong communication, technical and MS Office skills, and entrepreneurial responsibility.
