The successful candidate will act as a role model, contribute actively to store KPIs and goals, take over duties during absences, foster a positive team spirit, and create an exceptional shopping experience for customers. They will also support the Store Manager in defining, communicating, and sustaining targets, personnel planning, managing stock, and assisting with inventory counts.
