Description
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) at TrailersPlus will manage retail operations, sales, inventory, customer service, staff, and repair work. This role involves assisting the Store Manager in daily operations, achieving revenue goals, and overseeing the store in their absence. Key responsibilities include implementing company policies, managing daily processes like trailer and parts sales, ensuring accurate invoicing and paperwork, maintaining a safe workplace, and handling performance management. The ASM will also be responsible for lead generation, facility maintenance, and requires the ability to operate forklifts, tractors, power tools, and welding equipment after company certification.
