The role assists with supervising store employees, overseeing store and warehouse operations, maintaining cashier-fund accountability and merchandise displays, helping customers, resolving routine employee issues, and assuming Store Manager responsibilities when needed. The position requires customer service, basic mathematics, English communication, cash-register operation, and accurate change-counting skills; a high school diploma or G.E.D. and retail experience are preferred.
