Universal Store is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager to work a Sunday–Thursday roster and support the Store Manager with store operations, team performance, customer service, sales targets, VM and promotional directives, inventory management, and store standards. The role requires previous retail leadership experience, strong sales and customer service skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. It offers up to $4,000 in commission, career development, training, staff discounts, and favorable rosters.
