The Assistant Store Manager leads sales and client engagement from the store floor, coaches associates, maintains store operations and KPI performance, and drives revenue through clienteling, styling, cross-selling, and upselling. The role requires prior retail leadership or keyholder experience, sales and customer-service knowledge, POS and Apple/G-Suite proficiency, and availability for retail hours.
