Description
Vince is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in luxury retail operations, including sales and profit goals, customer service, associate hiring and training, visual merchandising, opening and closing procedures, inventory protection, and loss control. The role requires at least three years of luxury retail management experience, specialty retail knowledge, computer skills, strong leadership and communication abilities, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. The anticipated base salary is $22 to $26 per hour, with healthcare, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
