Wibra is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Alphen a/d Rijn Ridderhof store. The role is a hands-on retail management position supporting the Store Manager, coordinating the team, stocking shelves, maintaining store standards, coaching colleagues, helping with scheduling, and taking the lead when the Store Manager is absent. The position offers 32–38 hours per week, a gross monthly salary of €2,619–€2,751 based on 38 hours, vacation days, premium pay for Sundays and public holidays, an employee discount, pension fund membership, and progression to Store Manager.
